Yes! With each signed agreement and lease-up, you qualify for the referral bonus—even if the client already has a property under our management.
Will MasterKey take my client relationship?
No—your client relationship is always protected. When they're ready to buy or sell again, we refer them back to you. Our job is to manage their property, not replace their broker.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can send?
No limit! We welcome ongoing partnerships with brokers who refer multiple investor clients throughout the year.
